Returns

Windy Acres Creations takes pride in creating your one-of-a-kind custom item. Therefore, there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds of any custom or personalized orders. All sales are final. If you wish to cancel your purchase on a "Ready to Ship" item that has not been shipped, WAC is happy to cancel your order for a full refund. All returns/exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping and any new shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for the exchanged goods until the items reach us. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue you a store credit/exchange/refund. Sale or discount items are final sales. But, we get that things happen and we are always happy to work with you if special circumstances arise. Please contact us at windyacrescreations@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
